Terms of Use
The terms on which you may use this website.
Last updated: 4 September 2026
1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by AutoSecurity Innovations Private Limited, trading as AutoSec Innovation — company identification number U30911UP2024PTC201613, Bengaluru, India. AutoSec Academy is our training and capability brand. In these terms “we” and “us” mean that company.
By using autosecacademy.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is
An informational site describing our training courses, labs, certifications and partnerships. You can read about what we offer, and contact us about it.
Reading it does not enrol you in anything. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee a place on any course. Where a booking window is open, booking a place is governed by our Training Course Terms, not by this document.
3. Using the site
Please do not:
- use the site unlawfully, or in a way that infringes someone else’s rights
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to any system connected to it
- disrupt it, including by automated scraping that degrades it for other people
- submit anything false, abusive, or belonging to someone else
- use the enquiry or booking forms to send unsolicited commercial messages
On security testing. We teach this for a living, so we will say it plainly rather than leave you guessing. Unsolicited testing against this site or our infrastructure is not authorised — a scan we did not agree to is indistinguishable from an attack while it is happening. If you have found something, we want to hear about it: write to info@autosecacademy.com with enough detail to reproduce it, give us reasonable time to fix it, and do not access, alter or retain anyone else’s data while proving it. Report in good faith on those terms and we will not treat your report as a breach of these terms.
4. What you read here is not advice
We write our content carefully and it is informed by real practitioner work. But nothing here is professional advice.
Our material on ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155 and R156, the Indian AIS series and related topics describes requirements structurally and in general terms. It is not a substitute for the standards themselves, for legal advice, or for your own compliance assessment, and regulatory requirements change. Work from current primary sources and qualified advice for your own programme.
Course details, durations, syllabi, availability and pricing may change. Where a course is described as planned or in development, it is exactly that.
5. Our content
The text, articles, graphics, logos, course and certification names, the capability framework, and the design of this site are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Our names, logos and marks are ours whether registered or not.
You may read it and share links to it. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. You may not republish it, sell it, use it to build a competing training offering, or use our name or marks without our written permission.
6. What you send us
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and to provide what you asked about.
Do not send us confidential information, personal data about other people, or anything you are not free to share. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Links to other sites
We sometimes link elsewhere. Those sites are not ours, we do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we may need to interrupt it for maintenance.
9. Liability
We provide this website and its content as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business or anticipated savings, or loss arising from your reliance on general information published here for a specific compliance or engineering decision.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud. Where you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Liability arising from a course you have booked and paid for is dealt with in the Training Course Terms, not here.
10. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered office have jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms, and notices under them, go to info@autosecacademy.com.
